This document was created as a guide for account management, project management, traffic and media.  It includes all of the information needed to manage a successful advertising campaign.

Broadcast Spend Tracking - Media Planning Group
I created the broadcast spend tracking document to unite the media buying and media planning teams for the McDonald’s account.  As goals were entered into DDS, they were also logged into this document.  A note was then sent to the buying team giving them the go ahead to buy the spots.  The red lines indicate dayparts that have not yet been bought.  This document also tracked final media spend and played an integral part in the budget process.
